Faith’s Shield can be a huge surprise blowout. I also run Urabrask the hidden , puts all of my creatures in the red-zone, and preventing token strategies from clogging the board. You don’t need a dearth of alternative cost creatures for Kalemne. Alternately if you want to run card draw equipment get an infiltration lens it equips cheaper and makes people question blocking your commander or other beater. The combined package possibilities of Thalia’s, Bruna, Conduit, Kozilek, and Artisan loop basically amounts to a tonne of potential card advantage though

Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas
Aurelia, Exemplar of Beats. Rollback Post to Revision RollBack. Iroas, God of Victory – Iroas Redwhite. Knight of the White Orchid. Cards from expansions and special sets like From the Kalemmne, Commander, Duel Decks, etc are legal in the Legacy format on the date of release of the expansion or special set. She has three break points that you care about. These are various special releases that feature selected highlights throughout Magic’s history.
Baneslayer Angel is a nice 5cmc flyer with a bunch of nifty abilities, worth a try. Probably insane and dangerous kalembe this list.
Emeria Shepherd looks a lot better in this slot.
Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas
Aegis Angel is a nice pick I have considered. Temple of the False God. So the haste is not relevant enough and the tap kalwmne ability alone I don’t think makes him worth it.
EDH kept at home; Ruzzian Isset! I’ve been trying pretty hard to make something like this work.
Both these cards pass all the buffs I stack on Kalemne to all my other creatures and would also often pass flying onto Kalemne. Provided you play a 5 drop and swing with Kalemne on turn 3 or 4, you always have two defenders out to scare away retaliation. Fall of the Hammer. Conduit of Ruin keeps looking amazing, but still feels like I would be forcing in other colourless creatures that aren’t Sandstone Oracle to make it worthwhile none of the other colourless choices are amazing cards, I deem them just “ok”.
Last edited by GoodbyeWorld: Again though, I do see his value, but is he better then any of my current picks? Kalemne’s Captain doesnt seem like that much help to you Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas – Kalemne. I have to agree Kalemne’s Captain is a dud. Magic Market Index for March 15th, Higher CMC, but keeps chump blockers off permanently. Alternative cost creatures are the way to go here if you ask me.
Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas Commander Decks – MetaMox
I’d run about Akroma, Angel of Fury. Emeria, the Sky Ruin. Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas – Kalemnes Vanguard. Or opt for synthetic draw on the Prophetic Flamespeaker in that slot instead of the Mad Prophet. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite.
